Well I figured since i was on a background kick, I'd show one last favorite of mine. This was for Iron and the Maiden #2 and I spent maybe four days on this piece.

That is awesome perspective and detail work man. I envy your patience.

When working on a panel for a comic with a BG of this detail, how long does that usually take? Considering since the panels are a lot more smaller, I'd figure it still take quite a bit of time, but not as long as this one.

wow! umm... two point perspective? with a little tilt? how much time do they give you for a page like this? i know you said 4 days but do they give you 5 or 6?
